📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – HOUSE HELPY Last Updated: 13/11/2025 Company: Home Service These Terms govern your use of the House Helpy mobile application. By accessing the App, you agree to these Terms. 1. Nature of Service House Helpy provides users access to contact details of house helps who have undergone personal interviews conducted by Home Service. We do NOT: Verify documents Conduct background checks Perform police verification Guarantee accuracy of house help information All hiring is done solely at the user’s discretion and responsibility. 2. User Responsibilities Users agree to: Provide accurate personal details Use contact details only for hiring Not misuse or share house help numbers Follow all local labor laws Evaluate house helps independently Use the App lawfully and respectfully Mark a maid as hired truthfully and only after plan purchase 3. Plans & Payments Accessing house help contact numbers requires purchasing a plan. “Mark as Hired” feature is available only after plan purchase. Plan validity begins immediately after successful payment. Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting contacts is strictly prohibited. Attempts to bypass the system may lead to suspension. 4. About House Helps Listed House helps are added based on personal interviews only. We do NOT: Verify their identity Validate their documents Guarantee their honesty, skills, or behavior Take responsibility for performance or conduct Users must evaluate and hire at their own risk. 5. “Mark as Hired” Feature After hiring a maid, users must visit Viewed Maids and tap Mark as Hired. Once marked, the maid’s profile is blocked for other users. False hiring markings may result in account restrictions or removal. 6. Limitations of Liability House Helpy and Home Service are not liable for: Theft, misconduct, or loss caused by house helps Work performance issues Misbehavior or disputes Injury, accidents, or damages Salary disagreements Contract terms between user and house helps Hiring is done entirely at user’s own judgement. 7. Account Suspension We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Misuse of contact numbers Sharing private information Providing false details Fake “Mark as Hired” actions Abusive or unlawful behavior 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra, India. 9.
