Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
• All purchases made on House Helpy are non-refundable, except in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment
• Technical payment failure
• Got all Invalid/non-working contact numbers (verified by our team)
2. Refund Request Procedure
• To raise a refund request:
Email us at [email protected]
with:
• Full Name
• Registered Number
• Transaction ID
• Issue description
• Screenshot of payment (if available)
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, after verification.
3. Plan Validity
• Plan starts immediately after payment
• Contact limits must be used within the validity period
• Unused contacts cannot be carried forward
• Plan cannot be paused or transferred
4. Cancellation
• Users may delete their account anytime.
• Plan cancellation does not entitle users to a refund.
